Hello and welcome to my Erasmus Blog!
My name is Ashby and I am currently studying the bassoon at the Royal College of Music, London. I am about to start an Erasmus at the Mannheim Hochschule für Musik in Germany studying with Professor. Ole Kristian Dahl.
I am currently feeling a lot of things, mostly excitement and nerves and I thought writing a blog would be a nice record of my time in Germany.
Today marks a week before I fly out and I am finally beginning packing and getting myself sorted doing last bits of admin and making a big list of what to bring. I intend to write these blogs weekly, but some weeks I may be busier!
