I made this arrangement almost 10 years after playing this piece on the piano with some string player friends at the Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music. I always loved the music from the film and thought it was time to arrange it for bassoon ensemble and piano. We premiered this in Mannheim on the 15th of June 2023 at a class concert, and are hoping to make a more polished recording soon as this was only after one rehearsal!
